Partner+ includes front-end implementation of agreed interfaces, reusable components, responsive behavior and UI fixes. Design and development share one active task queue for one product; prioritizing development leaves less time for design. The 2 Week Sprint offers dev support as a $1,500 add-on, with implementation scope and timing agreed before starting. Backend development, complex integrations and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

For Partner+, we deliver a reviewable piece of work every 1–2 business days for appropriately scoped active tasks, once we have the required inputs. This is a delivery of work, not just a status update. Larger flows or development tasks are split into agreed milestones with their own schedule. Weekends, holidays and time waiting for your feedback or access are excluded. The timing starts when a task becomes active, not when it enters the backlog.

Yes, you can pause for up to two months. Before starting, we agree how billing and any unused prepaid service time are handled during a pause. When you are ready to return, we confirm a restart date based on availability; the original slot is not automatically held throughout the pause.

You can end the partnership and receive a refund for unused prepaid service time. Delivered work and work already in progress are not refundable. Before starting, we document the cancellation process, the calculation of unused time, and how time reserved while awaiting your input is treated. Refunds are based on unused service time, not the number of tasks submitted.

You own the agreed custom deliverables once they have been paid for, including the relevant design files and source code. Third-party assets, fonts, libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses. Deliverables and any licensing exceptions are documented before work begins.

50% to start. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed scope is complete.

We re-plan with you. Ongoing support is built around a moving roadmap, so shifting focus to something more urgent is a conversation, not a change request.

Yes. We prepare organized handoffs, support your engineers through components, responsive behavior, and states, and run design QA before and after release. Partner+ includes dev support within the shared one-task queue.
